The challenge

Our mission was to build a marketplace where customers receive offers from multiple financial providers in different categories: pay now buy later (BNPL) and installment loans. After selecting one of the offers, the customer completes all the formalities on the Ratingo platform, such as signing documents and verifying identity. Once the entire process is successfully completed, the online store get pay for the purchase. The customer receives the goods and the store receives the payment. To make it all work, we had to build custom software integrated with banks, loan companies, KYC service providers, and create Ratingo plugins for online stores such as Woocommerce, Prestashop and Magento.
